Graham Cracker's story began in the woods of Vilonia, Arkansas. His mother, a stray, was struggling to survive with her puppies when they were discovered by a local girl named Autumn. After Autumn's mother contacted Jak's Second Chance Rescue Ranch, the dogs were rescued and eventually transferred to The Bond Between in Minnesota.

P!NK reached out to The Bond Between while in the Twin Cities for her St. Paul concerts. The pop star has a history of helping rescue dogs, having previously found forever homes for three other dogs during past tours.
